Jacqueline Larkin
M. Jacqueline Larkin represents clients throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania in federal and state courts and has tried cases to verdict in both states. She represents clients in bankruptcy matters as well as in civil and complex commercial litigation. On the bankruptcy side, she represents creditors and lenders in bankruptcy matters, foreclosures, replevin matters and collections in secured and unsecured loans.
Jacqueline graduated magna cum laude from Widener University Delaware Law School. She graduated from the Pennsylvania State University, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing. While attending Penn State, Jacqueline received the Mitch and Donna Zimmer award for obtaining the highest GPA in her degree program. While in college, Jacqueline was an intern for a criminal defense attorney in Reading, Pennsylvania.
While in law school, she worked as an extern for the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and was a certified legal intern at the Delaware County District Attorney’s office. She was also a senior staff member on The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law Journal and was the recipient of the Lucinda L. Peipher Award in International Law. Jacqueline received certificates of merits signifying the highest scores in her classes of Professional Responsibility and Federal Taxation.
Jacqueline started in a small law firm in Media, Pennsylvania where she represented debtors in bankruptcy matters. This eventually led her to the creditors’ side of the business where she has now represented creditors in various matters for over 12 years. Jacqueline worked in the Philadelphia city firms for around ten years. She is excited to bring her experience, dedication and hard work to her clients now at her own smaller firm in Media. This allows her to dedicate herself completely to serving the needs of her clients. Jacqueline prides herself on communication with clients and their members in trying to reach amicable resolutions.
In her free time, Jacqueline enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.

Mark Vakil
Legal Practice and Leadership
From May 2021 through October of 2025, Mark successfully launched and managed his own practice, overseeing all aspects of the Law Offices of Mark M. Vakil, including marketing, finance, and client relations. His practice focuses primarily on estate probate, estate planning, business, and real estate law, ensuring each client receives personalized and effective representation.
Mark’s career encompasses significant roles in general civil law, estate matters, real estate, and family law. He has guided strategy, conducted trials, oral arguments, and managed complex litigation at both trial and appellate levels.
Judicial and Community Service
Mark is deeply committed to public service in his community. As a member of the Upper Providence Township Zoning Hearing Board from 2018 through 2024. Serving as Chair of the zoning board for 2 of his 7 years of service, he presided over zoning hearings, ensuring procedural compliance, and issues rulings on objections and admission of evidence. Mark also served on the Upper Providence Township Planning Commission, reviewing land development and conditional use applications from 2016 to 2018.
His judicial experience includes serving as law clerk to the Honorable Dominic F. Pileggi in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, Family and Criminal Divisions. Mark’s responsibilities spanned legal research, drafting court orders and opinions, assisting with trial preparation, and assisting in judicial rulings on motions and petitions.
Professional Affiliations and Leadership
Mark has actively participated in the Delaware County Bar Association Family Law Section, serving as Chairman of the Subcommittee on Child Custody Law and as Recording Secretary. He contributed monthly reports on child custody law developments and maintained the integrity of section meetings through accurate recordkeeping.
