Mark M. Vakil, Esquire and M. Jacqueline Larkin, Esq. joined together as partners in the law firm of Larkin & Vakil, Attorneys at Law in November 2025. Mark Vakil and Jacqueline Larkin met during law school and are partners in law and in life.

Jacqueline worked for a small firm in Media during her first five years of practice and then moved her career to downtown Philadelphia where she worked in the bigger city firms for ten years. During her time in Philadelphia, she gained vast experience conducting trials, working with clients and learning how to reach the most cost-effective strategies for clients to achieve their goals. Jacqueline prides herself on communicating effectively with her clients and engaging in a teamwork process with them to get the best results.

During his first few years out of law school, Mark worked for a smaller firm in Delaware County where he tried hundreds of cases. Mark then worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Dominic F. Pileggi in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, Family and Criminal Divisions. From May 2021 through October of 2025, Mark successfully launched and managed his own practice, overseeing all aspects of the Law Offices of Mark M. Vakil, including marketing, finance, and client relations.

Mark and Jacqueline dreamed of joining their talents together to form a firm that delivers the best legal services for their clients. Larkin & Vakil, Attorneys at Law is a full-service law firm. We operate in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and handle certain matters in Delaware. At Larkin & Vakil, the client is always our first priority.
